A simple guide to how we keep your information safe
Hey there, adventurer!
This page explains in simple words how QuestStream keeps your information safe. Your parents have approved your account and can see this information too!
A simpler explanation of how QuestStream keeps your information safe
📝 What We Know About You
When you use QuestStream, we only know a few things:
- Your first name (so quests can say "Great job, Alex!")
- Your birthday (to make sure quests are right for your age)
- Your secret PIN (like a password, but just numbers)
- Your avatar picture (if you choose to add one)
✅ Good News: We DON'T ask for your email, phone number, or last name!
🎮 How We Use This Info
We use your information to make QuestStream work:
- Show you your quests that your parents give you
- Keep track of your experience points (XP) and coins
- Let you buy rewards from the shop
- Save your quest completion photos
- Show your level and achievements
👁️ Who Can See Your Stuff
Only your family can see your information:
- Your parents can see everything (they're in charge!)
- Your siblings can see their own quests, not yours
- Nobody else can see your quests or photos
🚫 We NEVER sell your information to other companies!
📷 About Your Quest Photos
When you take photos to prove you finished a quest:
- Only your family can see them
- They're kept safe on special computers
- Your parents can delete them anytime
- We don't look at them or use robots to scan them
💪 Your Special Rights
You have special rights! Your parents can help you with these:
- See everything we know about you
- Fix mistakes in your profile
- Delete your account if you want to stop using QuestStream
- Download all your quest history and photos
💡 Tip: If you want to use any of these rights, ask your parent! They control your account to keep you safe.
